    best cardio and for fat burning purposes exercises hands down is ... walking on empty stomach. clears your mind, wakes u up in the morning, everytime I do fasted cardio like that rest of the day gets "cleaner" for me , I'm thinking sharper. I dunno does it help U - I hope it does. best of luck...

    hmm... there are few things u could try out: a) lock in your albows so they dont go parralell - play with the angels b) drop weights and go with more reps c) take a pause from chest/shoulders for a month or so and focus on growing back - legs. see where that brings u
