It is great man! He lives in the big city with his mom, but can’t wait to come stay at dads on the weekend! He’s 18 and just started working full time. Security gig💪 It’s always a better session with him, and he keeps me motivated! I like to believe it goes both ways haha. I still get to lift with my dad a handful of times a year too! It’s the best. Try and get at least a couple every year where we got three generations of jacked dudes shutting some gym down lol💪😎
I hope that I get to experience that with my son, someday

Dead’s 135x10 225x8 315x1 Pushed too hard on that last set of squats! Legs were toast, and had no drive. Back was sore and super tight. Probably should have not jumped so fast on the dead’s.
Question in the future if that happens should I
-lower weight until I can get the sets in.
- do rack pulls with weight I have picked.
- wait until the evening and give it another shot?
Back is pretty sore today. Probably should of stuck to the plan and not let the little dude get in my head lol.

Skipped the reverse flys. Those squats had me out of gas. I was trying to max out on the last set at the end of the week, but with these heavy weights I think I better stick to the script so I can get all my other lifts in too 💪😎

Feeling strong on bench for sure. Going to try and add a rep per set and maybe another set. I have to flip one hand over in order to hold that much weight on the shrugs. Tried using my wraps and I sucked. Going to take some getting used to. I just flip the opposite hand over on each set. This will keep going up.
Probably going to move dead’s to Wednesday and throw in some lats. 💪😎

Hand Stand Push Ups! 5 Sets💪 I was mostly trying to build stamina of staying upside down. But I felt strong so I started pumping! Super baby reps. It was all balance and stamina.

We got some freaky snow storm here in the Midwest! So lost a couple days to pushing snow! Woke up and the house was 50 degrees. Fricking heating intake outside was under 4’ of snow. I got 6’ privacy fence and the snow drifted that high up against the house. 💪😎

I was stuck in the valley for a minute! It was coming up on a year since she passed, and her birthday. All in a span of a month. Crawled up out of there💪
She had me when she was 16 and we were best friends.

I’m back on top! Walking in the light💪😎
Diet locked in 100% and weights moving nicely!!!

First time back in the gym felt sooooo goood! After a few weeks off I forget how huge a part of my life it is! I NEED IT!!!! Had a few lifts here and there with my son, but back in the groove for sure.

Started job hunting. Found a pretty good one. Had to do a course, and smoked it. Have to do UA.
I was getting in some pretty good ketosis and dropping weight. Feeling good and feeling good. Then I started looking how to get ready for the UA. Don’t workout! Don’t loose fat! That’s some whack shit! Shit from the past can be trapped in there and pop on the test. Did a home test and popped for THC!
Had some crazy gummies on Thanksgiving and X-mass!
So I’m on chill mode for a minute pounding water and pissing waterfalls lol.

Good news! I’m in 💪😎
Tomorrow kicks off the new cycle and I’m pumped. Doing whole body twice a week!
First lift lower reps and focusing on power. Next time lifting same body part shooting for 4sets of 12!
I’ll be definitely going lower carb until I get this bf to a place where I’m sleeping and feeling better. Thinking 215-220.
Got to start some real cardio too. I’ll start slow cuz it’s been a minute since I’ve done any real running. First goal will be 2mi without walking. Then start working on getting times dialed in. Not looking to do any long distance stuff. But who knows if I feel good I always push for more lol 💪😎
