Tl;dr

TEST E 500mg E3.5D Week 1-16

HCG 250 IU EOD Week 1-18

ANAVAR 50mg ED Week 12-16

AROMASIN 12.5mg E3.5D (ONLY IF NEEDED)

NOLVA 10-20mg ED 6-8 weeks (Week 18-24/26)


TEST E:

Week 1-16
250mg E3.5D

8000mg total for 16 weeks

1 vial x 10 ml x 250mg/ml = 2500mg a vial

8000/2500 = 3.2 vials = 4 total vials of test E



ANAVAR:

Week 12-16
50mg ED

1400mg total for 4 weeks

50 pills x 50mg = 2500mg

= 1 pack more than enough



HCG:

Week 1-16
250IU EOD

14,000IU total for 16 weeks

1 vial = 5000IU

= 3 total vial of HCG




AI - AROMASIN:

ONLY USE IF NEEDED, 12.5mg E3.5D

50 tabs x 25 mg = 1250 mg total

(112/3.5) x 12.5 = 400mg total

= 1 pack is more than enough




PCT - NOLVADEX:

Week 18-24/26 (2 week break between last TEST E pin and beginning PCT, still injecting HCG during this time period)

10-20mg ED, start at 20mg and reduce to 10 if sides are too prevalent

example:
6-8 weeks 10/10/10/10/10/10 (10/10)
or
6-8 weeks 20/20/10/10/10/10 (10/10)

420mg-840mg total

50 tablets, 20mg/tab = 1000 mg total

= 1 pack is more than enough

You should be very happy with it.

Make an intro post ... while you've sighted a 1st cycle you've not provided any info on yourself ... stats including age weight height..... experience with lifting diet and other relevant info ...

Test E 500mgs. 250mgs Monday and 250 msgs on Thursday
Keep an AI on hand. I personally don't use them unless I am running 750+. But everyone is different you could be sensitive to estrogen. Bloods would be able to tell you if you need one or not.

Read that research again. It causes vision issues when taken long term. Some docs will prescribe it to raise natural test levels instead of TRT. Long-term use.

You’re only using it during PCT for 4 weeks.
