How to mix meds from 2 different vials?

fellas, my career is drawing drugs from vials, all day, everyday. You don't need to put any air in the vial. What, it's going to eventually implode? Just fkn draw up your stuff.

Guys, this is fucking hilarious. I draw meds out of vials all day everyday and there is at least 3 correct ways(if not 12) to do this. you guys have listed them all and then some. thanks for the laughs. the most important thing is sterility. clean the tops of those vials like your future health depends on it.

I ritualistically swab the rubber top the first time I start a new vial but usually not for the next 9 draws. Unless I occasionally remember. May or may not be the most life or death decision.
