Front squat 50x6, 70x4, 90x4, 100x3, 110x3, 120x3, 130x3, 135x2 (not horizontal completely, just trying)
Back squat 140x3, 160x3, 180x3, 190x3,3
Benchpress 60x5, 90x5, 110x4, 120x3,3
Abs sides 3 series amrap

Surprisingly felt much better for squats and bp was a suffering, but happy for the first part
