traps on fire. did a rest pause set then a widowmaker set. seems like a good approach.

jumped up on bicep curls cuz i didnt wanna make 2 trips to grab 35s and 5s for my bar. made good progress on it though.
Your traps look disgusting and I'm all for it...

TBDA (cant tag, permabanned for making fun of female member for whining) namedropped these somersault squats. says the rir0 forum swears by em. absolute game changer. Did em on smith at first but I felt my adductor explode first set. giant pop. couldnt do em anymore, couldnt even do leg extensions after. but I was able to do em with kettlebells still. never felt my quads like this in my life. I think in 3 months theyll have doubled in size.

going to add some glute work moving forward since im dropping compounds for these somersaults. and since @TODAY pointed it out my glutes def used to be bigger.

Getting back on a normal meal plan. going to be shooting for something along these lines:

breakfast: 650 cals 63 protein
4oz chicken, bagel, milk

lunch1: 650 cals 35 protein
chk burrito

lunch2: 650 cals 35 protein
chk burrito

pre wo: 600 cals 35 protein
350g rice 4oz chk

post wo: 800 cals 76 p
cereal, whey, milk

total: 3350 cals 241 protein

3 1 mile jogs every day too so I expect that to be a slight deficit, but we'll see. Started that up today sucks jogging with the adductor tho im taking 4 inch steps

You could also play around with reverse nordic curls, regular nordic curls, and GHRs.

You could build a pretty excellent lower body with just a lunge pattern and GHRs or nordics

finally got an additional rep on dips. short on time today only got 1 mile in. my plan was to hit one fasted then after 2 meals at home but that didnt work. Cutting rest days down for 4 per week to 1 per week to test me recovery with gh added. Ik im making progress with hitting each PPL once per week but trying to see if I can speed it up some. if 1 rest day isnt enough then we'll try 2, 3, then back to 4 if necessary.

edit: also probably going to find something different for those 2 lunch meals. the burritos kinda worked but store bought tortillas are such ass nakes me want something else.

Try La Banderita. Pretty much the same Macros, but way better taste and texture.
good plug. subbed my breakfast for an additional lunch burrito because my beans can makes 3 burritos.
these didnt crunble as much at the others. one still slightly tore but they held up much better overall

Does your grocery store not make fresh tortillas? I never buy off-the-shelf. I’ve even gone as far as buying fresh tortillas from a Mexican restaurant if I was making something good for the family.

i could go to chipotle and buy tortillas there for like 50 cents each I think

progressing every day. everyone said 250 test 600 mast would have underwhelming results and to go higher on test. dont wanna go higher on test. im just gunna leave the 200 tren in as a stronger mass builder and sub the 400 primo for 400 more mast like I was planning on doing a month ago. 250 test 600 mast 200 tren.

edit: pics kinda cropped but its 3/5 on the right day. 0 rest days, still progressed. recovery is definitely far better than it used to be.

ultrasensitive e2 came back 17 on trough with 250 test +dht&tren. pretty good reading. wont need to worry about an ai. primo subbed for mast, so 600 mast 200 tren on the 250 test. should stay feeling good

When you getting bloods next? It will be interesting to see e2 once the primo is out and mast is in.

Ill probably pull thyroid mid april to see if it straightens out after that week of dnp or if gh was the problem. ill throw ultrasensitive e2 on there. and cbc since thats the main one that fucks me up and costs nothing
