just to be clear, by bloating I mean gas, gas inside the digestive system, stomach etc... NOT water retention
so, I wake up with a flat belly and after breakfast I look 2 months pregnant.
then after lunch, 3 months pregnant.... etc...
why work so hard to look better if it is to destroy the whole look with a distended belly?
I knew a guy who could stay flat AF even after a big lunch. I need to be able to do the same
so far I've tried:
digestive enzymes (utterly useless)
fennel and aniseed (send to help a little bit?)
low fodmap (doesn't help)
no gluten (doesn't help)
no soy (seemed to help at first, but then no?)
probiotics (useless)
my next try will be to get tested for SIBO and everything possibly linked to bloating, just to be sure
opinions? solutions ? your experience?
