Which PED books do you recommend in 2024 for max knowledge?
(And which older PED books would you avoid due to "outdated information"?).

Dan Duchaine... That's a name I haven't heard in a long long time. I use to get his newsletter and like others the steroid handbook..... Yeah we didn't have much to go off bac then... Mostly bro science.... and the guys that knew something didn't really share because they didn't want to be associated with "JUICE" because everyone claimed they were natural.
