Pulling heavy at 85% 1rm today I did everything right ramp ups all the way to 60lbs of my working weight no issues . First rep of my work set ripped that fuker off the floor and about mid way up I feel a pop under my the bottom of my rib cage I guess it's my highest ab on the right side I dropped the weight and honestly I thought maybe it was just like a bone pop b/c it didn't hurt really . went after it again then I felt it its definitely the muscle .
So that concludes my work out for this day send me some love that it's nothing serious and doesn't hinder me more then today fml
