After my bulking cycle I'd like to do a cutting for the first time, mostly to drop bodyfat and remove some of my belly chub. How does this sound?
Test Prop 50mg EOD Skipping Sunday
Anavar 50ED
AM 5 Mile cardio (Run 3, Bike two)
PM 3 Mile Cardio with 30 minutes of heavy lifting
Diet
AM Blended Meal = 2 raw eggs, cup of whey, cup of milk, half banana
Lunch = Salmon / Chicken with broccoli or asparagus
Snack = Banana & or Nature Valley Oats Bar
Dinner Blended Meal = Repeat
Nothing more after 8PM
Would be cutting for three months, how does this sound?
