I was a power lifter for many years: 1975 - 2001
Competed at 181 pounds with 3 combined lifts of 1575 as my best number.
After both shoulders being re-done and one knee, plus PRP in both elbows I keep it "fairly" light.
My best friend is a HRT Doc so I get pharma grade as needed.
My main source of trouble is HGH, I don't want to and can't afford to pay $10 an IU
So I used jintropin for years and great results. I order right from gen science direct.
Then the miserable olmpics in 08 screwed all that up.
Now mostly I just do HRT doses - 200 mg of Cyp a week with 150 mg of Deca also
Plus: 2IU of HGH a day, 5 x a week. The other two days I use HCG to keep my nuts working.
(I do cycle off Deca every 10 weeks but keep the cyp going year round.)
I've stayed pretty strong for 51: 192 lbs 7.2%BF, 5'8, 29 inch waist, 17 inch arms
Squat over 500 lbs - Bench over 375 lbs - Deadlift over 600 lbs
