Im 36, 5'7". Weighing 236ish right now. Competed in powerlifting most of my life, mainly push/pull meets.
Been using gear for little over 6 years. In the past the biggest concern was strength so, most of the time my usage would consist of Test-C 1000-1200mg every 10th day, 100mg Dbol/day and as much fat and salt as my bloated ass could consume!...lol
Tore my RT pec major in Jan2012. I think competative benching is over for me. So, now that being extremly strong and bloated is not that big of a concern, I have ventured into some of the shorter estered compounds and focused on my diet.
