Hey all. Just signed up today. Looking forward to all the info I can find on here and the insight into all there is to offer. Nice site and love how it is set up.
Thanks for the hellos. As far as about myself I am 34, 5ft 9in tall, 210lbs. I have been lifting now for around 4 years off and on (had a few times where I had to stop for a month or two so as of now I have been steady again for 3 months), I have never used any AAS, my goals are to gain some mass and loose some of the unwanted lbs I have. Nothing super serious I would just like to be a firm 190-200 and loose the gut while adding some muscle mass.
