What it takes to be a bodybuilder: Documentary

About an hour and one half long, but I thought it was well worth the watch. This video highlights everything I both hate and respect about bodybuilding. The commitment is second only to raising a child perhaps; and at times, will collide with family life and friendships.

I strongly suggest you take the time to watch this. The documentary's subject goes through quite an amazing transformation.

Watched the whole thing. I actually went to that college when I first started playing collegiate baseball. Adrian College. That town sucks though. Thank you for sharing this video, I enjoyed it.
