Clen: nothing...t3:nothing...clen+t3:???

So I started a clen/t3 "cycle" a few weeks ago: clen week 1, t3 week 2, clen+t3 week 3.

Week 1: no weight loss
Week 2: no weight loss
Week 3: I actually gained weight!

I'm actually in week 3 right now (about 1/2 way thru). I know all the stuff is legit, based on the side effects. Clen has worked well for me in the past. Any thoughts/opinions?

Did you tone out? Get lean?
On the scale' muscle weighs more than fat
If your muscle filled in for some. Fat. Then the weight numbers may stay the same.

Don't let the scale control the outcome.
How was your diet? Sodium intake? Does it feel like water weight?

These will only amplify what you would have lost. If your diet and cardio aren't in check you wont lose shit.
