His bench went up by 100lbs in a year... Hmmm. I wonder how he did that? Probably lots of floor presses.

Still though - 700 pounds is freakin remarkable.

Good pause, lift and lockout. Nothing wrong there except the fucker looks about 35 and is the most hairy guy I have ever seen in High School. Pretty damn impressive.
