So I'm at a stand still with dropping weight.. I was doing cardio ed after lifting for 25 min on eliptical walking at a incline at a steady pace.. now need to take to next level.. wht would u consider the next step.. would u run? Or do cardio in a.m. like was doing.. mayb do more stairmaster.. I'm open to suggestions.. thx
