so i am training right, all alone in my little corner of the gym. their is a guy (in his tight fitting lycra shirt pencil neck little fucker) curling a little ways away so i set my towel on the bench and start my set, oh by the way their is a 40 pound d.b. by the bench. all of the sudden this mouse comes up and TELL'S ME to move my shit, so ok i am cool said sorry bro did not mean to get in your way. he proceeds to do d.b. rows with the 40 and walk off again, leaving his d.b. were it dropped out of his little paw. had to answer his cell. really? i moved my shit. for him and he can't rerack? this is my house till someone bigger walks in law of the jungle bro and i am alpha. i hate that shit no hey man could you move your stuff no how's it going. fuck them pencil necked lycra wearing no lifting smart phone talking geeks!!!!

But yeah, back when I used to go to crowded gyms that was a pet hate of mine - someone super setting and thinking they owned two or three pieces of equipment for twenty minutes. I ignored them and used what I wanted to. But my name is BigFella. (If only they knew that I have never had to hit ANYONE in my life as I was always too big for them, so I never learned how, and now when I box with my wife she laughs at me.)

Funniest thing was as soon as they went off to do a different set I'd ever so kindly re-rack their weights for them. And then claim ignorance: "So sorry!!!"

oh man.....ive had the shit knocked out of me a bunch lol,but it sure was fun returning the favor lol,it was always the smaller guys who wanted trouble,im like 6'5 283 and they always was shit talking to me saying you think you a bad ass and i would just laugh it off,i would always tell them,its just a job,nothing personal,sometimes it worked,sometimes it didnt lol

Same height and weight, a bloody lot higher BF I'd guess at the moment.

But I was rowing at elite level when I was very young, and I think the confidence I got from that was always there so no-one ever tried their luck. Confidence, that is until about six or so years ago when I figure my T levels started crashing, until December when I got started on TRT.
