Test vs sust, mast cycle?

Can anyone weigh the pros and cons to doing a test 250 cycle verses a sust 250 cycle? I’ve done both the same way, 250mg pinned twice a week. I’ve heard of sust being pinned eod or every 3-4 days. What do you think is best? It’ll be my 3rd cycle. I do trt so no pct.

Now I’ve also heard good things about masteron/test/primo cycle that’s good for slow building lean hard mass without the water retention for a nice dry look. I have all these things just can’t decide what I want to do.

My goal is to put on more mass and hopefully lean out a little bit more. Thank you guys so much

Sust is just a blend of test. What test are your trying to compare it to? Enanth, Cyp, Prop, Undec, etc? I've run Sust at 2x a week with success and I've run E at the same protocol. I currently run Cyp at 1x week for my TRT.

I haven't run Primo but Mast does work well for the dry, hard look if you're already lean.

As for mass, that's all diet. You gain by putting in more Kcal and to keep it in check I would run a rotation with timing around different times of the days and what you're doing throughout the day.

I’m comparing it to test e since that’s what I have stocked which is what I use for trt for the same reason.

I can’t say I’m really lean, I’m 5’8” 190. My Fitbit scale floats around 18-19%. I just started gear this year in January, I was 21% then. Dropped to 18-19 after first cycle ever (test e 500/wk) and it’s stayed at that through my sust 250 cycle. I’ve gained a considerable amount of muscle and definitely look way better than I ever have. Just having a hard time trying to get more lean. My diet is where I lack, I haven’t been tracking what I eat as far as macros. I just eat clean food as much as I can. I’m going to get strict with it on this next cycle. So since I’m not super lean, would it be better to just stick to another test or sust cycle or can I still benefit from the mast stack cycle?

Since this isnt your first cycle try the mast if you have it and feel like you want to try something new.

I love mast but Im quite lean right now however I have taken it when I wasnt as lean and still felt I benefited from it.

Pulled some of the water retention from the test out, gave my overall well being "feeling" better.

I felt better so I lifted better, seemed to have more stamina but maybe just in my head.

Im on mast right now. As far as feeling good, outside of test, its a favorite of mine.

If you dont feel comfortable adding another compound yet then just run test again and research more on the positives AND negatives of mast.

I’m all for masteron with test. Some people claim it doesn’t build muscle tissue which is just wrong as it increases protein expression. Plus it will help the testosterone you are taking by increase your free test levels (which is the only level that actually matter) and help control your estrogen levels if you are sensitive to high estro.

From what I’ve read it builds more permanent muscle tissue, it’s just a slow process. Not explosive like some of the other compounds. What do you think about adding the primo in too? Also what doses would you do?

The more I read the more I see where they say it does nothing for building muscle mass and only super lean people will notice the changes. I’m wanting to gain a lot of mass so maybe it’s not for me and more for real lean guys. Have you gain a lot of mass using it?

Yeah that helps some but I don’t understand a lot of the terminology so really couldn’t get all that he was saying. I guess I’ll just stick to test or somethin til I’m more lean

Masteron is a great steroid for building long lasting muscle mass, in my experience.

Yes, it grew my traps better than any other steroid.

They are still looking good now 2 years later

I now have traps on and off cycle

before the mast cycle they were only good on cycle

This has nothing to do with masteron and everything to do with you looking like a wizard.

Another great thing about masteron in my experience

Waking up feeling energized regardless of whether or not you slept good that night

Stay up till 4am feel likevyou went to bed at 8pm

Just be careful since it's a DHT it can be harsh on the scalp. Although that may not be any a concern to some.

Sorry Z, have to disagree on a couple things, and I use mast on every cycle so lots of experience with it. First of all, you must be a wizard, cause I do not feel I need less sleep on mast. Secondly, how long how keep your gains depends on your diet and training off cycle, as well as how quickly your system recovers or if you are on trt or not. Muscle is muscle and different steroids do not grow differently behaving muscle.

You will get gains from mast lean or not so lean. That doesn't change how a steroid works. You will notice more result from the mast if you are leaner for he obvious reason that hardness/conditioning is more noticeable if you are more hard/conditioned to begin with. Kinda makes sense, no?

From what you said if it were me I'd run another cycle of 500/week test and this time have better discipline with diet (and training). You can certainly add mast in but maybe save it for later, as it's one of the more spendy AAS.

Just my thoughts.

Its fine to disagree Bricks, im saying in my experience thats the results ive got.

heres another couple more in my experience
that youll prolly disagree with

nothing grows my legs like dbol

& ive lost more hair on nandrolone than on mast.

one more thing is Im not a special diet guy

pretty much eat what I want when I want when im hungry

so you may figure that into the mix

no special post cycle stuff trying to eat a bunch to keep the gains
