Total of 19 sets for back, 3 for rear delts, 3 for traps and 7 sets of hammer curls. This is the second cycle of my pull workout (so its revolved around hypertrophy hence the high amount of reps/sets and volume), during the first half of the week i do strength based which is much less volume...
Thanks. Yep definitely need to bring out the chest and hamstrings more. Thanks for pointing out the hamstring i never really though i had weak hamstrings, looking at peoples comments and then going back and looking at the mirror i definitely see they are behind my quads by a bit, takes someone...

what do u think i need to work on in my physique to make it more aesthetically pleasing? i was thinking chest (upper), tricep and forearms.
Chicken, eggs, brown rice, pasta, kangaroo meat, milk, tuna, oats, peanut butter and lots of dirty foods lol to hit them calories ... was bulking at 4k.
