Wow, those calories and macros are pretty damn good. I'd like half the fat... but it's pizza!!

I might have eat Costco pizza, one day a week, for all my meals that day 😁

Serge Nubret applied that philosophy to his diet. His logic was that tigers are lean and ripped and only eat 1–2 huge meals per day, so he did the same.

Humans have very different digestive systems from tigers. Humans intestinal tract is several times the length of the human height whereas for tigers and their ilk it is about one times their length.

Calories in, calories out.
Yes but that saturated fat. How does that not fuck your blood pressure up. Mines up now and I'm researching how to lower it. If I ate a whole pizza id be stage 2. Lol

Why couldn’t you grow on 3 meals a day?
Look at logically. Does something magical happen with 4vs3? 5vs4? 6vs5?
Are the total daily or weekly calories somehow changed? If I stick to my daily allotment then I don’t think it’ll make any difference.
If I’m trying to get in 4000+ calories a day Im going to have an easier time eating that split up into 5-6 meals vs 3.
When I’m in a deficit it’s easier for me to know I’m going to have a meal every 3 hours vs having to wait 5 or 6.
At the end of the day I cant see how it would make a bit of difference besides sustainability for me atleast.
The 5+ meals a day is of those things that’s still done mainly out of tradition and ocd.

Sounds like you’re probably overweight and have health issues

Not over weight but defiantly want BP down. Trying to find domestic telmaristan.
I'm assuming that you've already addressed any potential dietary liabilities and implemented a consistent cardio routine?

Yes I have. No drinking, coffee is 1 cup a day, no salts except for light usage with cooking and cardio regimen is back in swing. I got it down but its to high. I'm taking in healthy foods, turmeric, fish oil, Apple cider vinegar and beet root powder. Looking now for telmisartan now. 24hreup has it but its international. Could take a month

Some people just need blood pressure meds. I do literally everything to lower my blood pressure but it takes two pills a day to keep it in check.

I just don't... My blood pressure has always been pretty stable. On average it's 100/70 regardless of what I seem to do.

I'm gonna give the telimaristan a chance and see how that goes. Or time to visit the Dr.

How much are you sleeping each night and do you have sleep apnea? This will cause increased BP as well.

Also, low sodium diets are garbage. Get your sodium:potassium ratio in check and that will alleviate dietary hypertension (assuming diet is causing it, if something else is causing hypertension then disregard).

I brought my BP down from 145/70 to 120/65 in 1 month by increasing my LISS (30 mins/day, 3 days/wk) Coq10, and celery seed extract. I was also on low dose beta blockers for 1 month, but have already been off for about a week now. I think I may need a CPAP also, but waiting for my sleep study.
