Yoir math is off
To properly calculate mass and its speed (Converting to Gallons per kilometer.)

Assuming that F = MA

F = mm/r2 will give you the gravitational force of a MPH

NOW
If you ACTUALLY want to calculate KG/Hr
Its. ot quite so simple
The key is to draw a graph

X Axis being Time
Y Axis being space.

You will have to correlate you KG/HR with distance traveled per HR

This is a short video that explains it.

Final question
How many Kilograms for how many hours?
I have watched this video 3 times.

I love it
I just wish he would get into qauntum entanglement as a source of "FTL" transmission (Technically it's not FTL at all in the practical sense of the term) would be a fun concept to play with

Well after scrolling through the 4 pages of physics and gravity related theories 🤣🤣 I will post an update on how the meet actually went:

Squats went okay but the judges were really harsh on depth so got called on my second lift , pulled back on my 3rd to make sure I sunk it and finished on 257.5kg to bank the kgs as this meet was only to qualify for our nationals.

Bench went good and managed a small pb of 2.5kg

By the time deadlifts came around I was cooked , a few other people who had covid reported similar problems.

Only did 2 attempts and finished on 277.5kg which I'm happy enough with for the day.

So results

Squat 257.5kg (567 pounds)
Bench 132.5kg (292 pounds)
Deadlift 277.5kg (611 pounds)

Considering the prep I had I'm reasonably happy with the results, I read through all the banter on the post and it gave me some laughs 🤣
