hey guys i’m new to the forum. im 6’7 230 pounds. i play tight end and defensive end. i want to get on a meal plan that i will bulk to around 250 and then cut to 245 and maintain through the season. i’m currently using black market bulk pre workout and i use bulk 1340 protein. my meals aren’t really organized. i want to take the fat i have now and turn it into lean muscle. im working out 1 to 2 times a day. what supplements do i need to be taking daily ? any and all help is appreciated ! thanks !

Fat cannot not turn into muscle.
Muscle cannot turn into fat.

At your height I'm surprised you have much fat at 230 anyhow.

How old are you?

You don't need supplements. You need food. Lots of food. You can take creatine if you want.

Download MyFitnessPal. Use it.

Take your total daily caloric need and split it into 6-7 meals. Have carbs (rice, oatmeal, potato, sweet potato), lean meat (90% ground beef, chicken breast, sirloin) and some veggies or fruit with each meal.

You sound young. And if you're doing football strength and conditioning type workouts 1-2 times a day - just start eating everything. You won't get fat and you don't need a 6 pack to play football. Just make sure your speed doesn't suffer with the extra weight...

supplements....None aside whey and fish oil.
