Has anyone used NPP for their tendons? I’m running 200mg test a week and wanted to add some NPP. What is the minimum dose I can use and reap the benefits?

200 mg has been shown to give some joist relief. I like to run it at 300. But I wouldn't recommend running that much unless you bump your test to 500mg.

If you're a trt guy, I'd go with 200mg of deca.

So try to keep the NPP at or lower than my Test? I don't have any real joint issues right now. I just want to push my lifts without having to worry about something snappin' I feel like I am holding back; a bit too timid.

Probably lower than your test if you want your pp to keep working.

Guys use it for joint relief. I get no relief with NPP but do with as little as 200mg deca. Takes a bit to kick in but when it does aaahhhh...

Npp and deca doesnt really effect your tendons. It works more on your joints by causing them to retain more fluid. Tendon strength comes from lots of working out...obviously muscle grows faster but it takes time to strengthen tendons up.

^^^This right here. ^^^ If you're looking for re-generative or injury recovery IMO gh is the best addition to test. It's why the NFL is fighting to keep it off the banned or whateve rlist they have. I ran GH with my test for a long time and when I threw var in my lifts went up with no injuries. When I cut the GH to give my system a break I started having all sorts of strains n old pains come back. and no worries of deca noodle

200 of NPP is awesome for joints. Never heard anything about tendons though. And 400 NPP is even better

split dose

200 is fine for joint support but I would do 2x per week dosing. Had to edit on the 2x per week dosing 100/ 100 each time
