I’ve stated before that I have a general dislike for EC so I’m curious if my bias is effecting my judgment.
I’ve started taking it 2-3 a day these last two weeks of my final dieting phase and I’m starting to think it’s really messing with my recovery. I’ve noticed my body has adapted to the stim feeling so I don’t feel the effects as much but it’s certainly showing up on my heart monitor watch.
I’m starting to think it’s really exhausting my body much more then I’m giving it credit for. Has anyone else noticed it having a dragging effect on your recovery?
