Allright. I'm gonna try this board out. My other board I was on is out of operation for some reason. Getswole dot com. Introductions - I'm 43 and have done 2 cycles. I think I need to lose some weight b4 I try another one cuz I'm like 18% BF! Stats - Bench 280, squat 315, dead 330 , 5'11" - 205lbs. I know these aren't the greatest but I'm learning how to get past my personal bests. I always seem to run out of energy and can't recuperate fast enough. I think I just need to get more Gen. phys. preparedness in order to make that important leap. Well, that's me. C ya on the board.
