I don't measure shit.. I just pour into pot and mix with my hand blender. Few weeks ago I weighed in at 162 on the scale. Right now I vary between 172 and 175. I try and drink a shake at night (minus some stuff) but I can't force it down after dinner. I just get to damn full throughout the day...
I haven't been posting that much in the last few weeks due to my moniter on my desktop took a dump and I hate typing on my phone. But I got more weights to add to my collection and a pull Up/dip/leglift thing I find in fb marketplace for free.
I started slow one body part a day 5 days a week...
So I went to walmart looking for plates.. NONE.. no plates, no bars. no barbells.. nothing... crazy..
Went on FB market place and found 60lbs for 25$.. score... 2 20s and 2 10s... brings my total up to 160.. definitely workable there...
Okay. So I just got a bench and a bar with some weights. No Dumb Bells yet, those are kinda expensive. Need to figure out what exercises I can do with out dumb bells or a ez curl bar.
