Hi,

My name is Vinny. Long time lurker at ology and found this site through looking up reviews of a lab. Read posts for a couple hours today and good thing I did because I really trusted ology and eroids (though the lab i plan to use is "gtg" from many posts on this forum). My stats are 6''3 188lbs 26 y/o. My background consists of several PH only. Looking to start my first cycle in a couple months and will continue to look to solidify my plan. I was going to post my cycle, not too sure if its permitted in this section so I will save it for later.

By your weight to height ratio I can tell you right now if you want to pack on some pounds you need to eat "dirty" once a day (at least) during bulks. Another thing is this: at your height injuries come with easier, keep your reps up and save yourself a lifetime of nagging pains. I know this all first hand.

Guys here are going to guide you in the right direction with attention to E2 control and PCT.
