Welcome to SI! Most people do bulk and cut cycles. It is really hard, but possible, to put on a good amount of mass and get lean at the same time. You really have to dial your shit in; Diet, rest, training ect. You need to eat clean whole foods, give plenty of rest for your body and make sure to do some good cardio but not too much more than 30 minutes a day. Ask lots of questions and if you arent strapped for cash hook up with spongie and get a solid diet plan going. Makes a huge difference with what you are trying to accomplish.
