Thrust me, this is the best way to go about this.
Two in a row. JC, work out and eat right.
There are plenty of ways to do research. Whats your diet look like and your workouts? Stats?
Snake, whats the "Thrust me" comment for? lol Do I even wanna know? haha
First post gear talk. :32 (7): Walk before you run, post some stats, and maybe some goals. Trust me, this is the best way to go about this.
I didnt start working out until my early 30s. I went pretty hard for a out six years. I started only benching 200, squat 265,deadlift 285. Got it up to 265 bench 405 deadlift and 315 on squat. First strained my hip flexor. Then rotator cuff. So I am just getting back. I'm 6 foot only 180.
Those are pretty low numbers to be wanting to start gear...in my opinion... you have a long way to go naturally before ever needing to touch the juice
