Hello everyone. I'm a 47 year old who was once in great shape, but now I'm not. Years ago was a national champ cheerleader, but 3 kids later, lots of weight gain, I was up and down. I had short periods where I'd go back to the gym, and was always able to capitalize on previous muscle tone.
Then I had an illness that caused lots of muscle wasting. Now I have great form, so my trainer says, but no exercise tolerance because I have no muscle. I also am getting more and more signs of osteopenia, which is a precursor to osteoporosis.
I've always gone to body builders to get tips, and now I really need them. My husband am I are putting a small workout area in a bedroom recently vacated by our son. I love to work out, just can't get very far, even with protein sups. I recently got some hgh online. I'm a nurse, and I know that it can help me bring back some muscle and hardens bones. I'm using low doses (2iu per day).
I'd like to see if anyone is familiar with my source, if it's allowed. Just want to know that I'm getting what I'm ordering, and that it's safe. Could really use the support. I have a lot of health knowledge, so can offer that to others. Anyway, that's me! So, Hello!
