164lbs
9.25% bf as of 2 days ago.
short but swoled looking lol, very obvious im an AAS user.

been running gear for close to 6yrs,
been on a runner of big cycles for 2yrs now.

yes im still dieting. i dont compete but if i dont go up state for some chargers im dilling with right now then yes i will be doing a show in Oct of this yr.

i swich up my diet, allot.
so right now im only eating 5 meals a day.

meal 1
1/2 cup outmeal with rasins
meal 2 to 5 is
Bean gumbo
bean dish with cut up turkey lean sausage with just rice.
so 1/2 cup of rice, 1 cup of bean gumbo bomb shit and great taste for dieting. i needed a brake from chicken, veggies and talapia.
taking in about less then 200 carbs a day.
ive been told from a trainer i need to up my carbs not shire why.
