    Was that depth debatable? Not taking anything away from the guy at all just asking u PLers if that was deep enough.

    I can't even fathom having 1000 lbs on my back.

    I looked at it close and it is sunk bro his legs are so big the quads are much higher then his hip line and his hip line was sunk, just look at the angle of his hamstrings they are sunk.

    Thought he was going to eat shit on that first attempt! Very nice though, love the slaps on the back my old training partner used to always do that to me it'd get me so fired up haha

    SF what's the rule for squat depth? just parallel? Or do competitions have a certain rule of thumb they go by?
