So this broad is claiming things that are not true and taking my dad to court once again. She's claiming my little sister is telling her she don't like to come over and the house is disgusting and that my little sister smells of Oder after she is here and that there's porn and stuff just lying around for her and she's asking what it is. All which is the farthest from the truth. What can we do to prove she's claiming false accusations (which I believe is illegal)

Best thing you can do is hire a lawyer. Generally speaking, her lying isn't a crime unless she's under oath or using it to aid or hide a criminal action.

Yeah a good lawyer will tear her apart. Bad part is if you don't know a good lawyer then you might Get a shitty one and get fukked over. 90% of lawyers are retards 10% will turn anything in the world in your favor like a magician.

Your Father needs to get his lawyer to ask the court to hire a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) for his daughter. The GAL will investigate both sides and make a determination on whats best for the child. Hire a private lawyer not a public defender. GAL saved my kids life literally.

Keep bumping this thread if you need to, I know for a fact there are Bros on here that know more than I do about this, and I know plenty. Be patient advice is coming.

Yah we do have a lawyer... I assumed that woulda been obvious. and ok so what about the document of why your being taken to court? idk how court goes but do most cases require being under oath? I'd assume she would be informing the judge her argument, therefore lying? I guess I'm not going to come up with an idea before our lawyer lol

She is 9 its possible her testimony is not admissible in the first place check that out first. Second word against word will do nothing in court snyway without coroboration... Third its a must to get an attorney even if you can represent yourself Judges often frown upon not having legal counsel

after a decade of dealing with this I can tell you that all matters with the GAL are taken seriously. If nothing happened then its likely that step moms testimony is deemed false and will be documented and noted in their (GAL) report. The GAL is not the court so the consequences for "lying" will not be punished but WILL be argued to the judge at a later date. The GAL s job is to look after the best interest of the child regardless of the parents position.

Although I paid my kids GAL lock stock and barrel they put me on notice that they were not a hired gun and could not right all the wrongs done. And if I was deemed unfit to plan on visitation from a foster parent. Its your only choice is to make the best of an imperfect system for an impossible situation. Keep the state (DHS) out of this as they are far less qualified to make or investigate these decisions.

That's why I told you earlier to keep your cool and let your Father handle this with his lawyers.

I'm lost bro...so this broad is your dad's girlfriend or ex.? but not your little sisters mom, or she is your little sisters mom, but not your mom? And your little sister confirmed to her mother, but not the broad taking your dad to court...or is your little sister's mom and the broad one in the same? From what I gather it would be hearsay and irrelevant in court.
