What muscles do u work more

During my training i noticed that nearly every body tends to have they favourite muscles , the ones u work abit harder for abit longer and more then the rest , mines is biceps and traps , love doing my biceps , my least fav is chest and shoulder which is prob the reason i lack in they departments , Whats yours ????

Lately mine has been my tri's. I'm really am trying to get them more defined, and bigger of course.

I brutalize my quads. Trying to break that d#mned 27" plateau.

I like any of the big compound movements. It's not a specific muscle or group but that's definitely my preference.
I do isolation stuff also sometimes but it's not as cool to me as something like a bench or dead lift.

Used to love doing shoulders and bis/tris. Now those are little to big for my chest. So now I work chest hardest. Not my favorite body part to work but I force it.

Chest even on other body part work out days and off days I still say my prayers, do my push ups and eat my vitamins Brother!

I feel the same. My favorite lift is the deadlift and the routines I pay most attention to are those that would help me get my deadlift up.

I usually all ways hammer chest and quads. My two favorite body parts. But I'll get on these kicks and focus on beating up one particular muscle for a while I.e. Traps or tri's. Shoulders etc. I mix it up here and there. But chest and quads all the time.
