Hi all. I've been hanging around ology a bit, but actually found this place searching for sources. The prices in my area are way out of control and I've reverted to the internet to try to find something reasonable. Hopefully in time I'll get what I'm looking for.
About me: I'm from the midwestern us. I'm 22 (soon to be 23) at about 190-200 lb consistently at about 9-10 percent bf naturally. I've been doing a lot of research, still have plenty to learn, but I've got a good bit down. I'd like to try my first bodybuilding competition in about 11 months.
