In recent years I have begun to consider my health (e.g., mental and physical) as my primary asset. Although I have a sport background, I am in the dark on what makes the body tick at my age presently. I am a researcher by practice but and will indulge in FAQ and listening primarily in the coming days. I'm interesting in membership and knowledge of current members' take on physical health management. Glad to be here...

I've been working out since 2006. Low intensity, jogs, some lite weights, and planking. I've had two knee operation so somewhat limited in high intensity. I've recently had heart checked out...it's in good shape. With that result, I want to slim down fat and increase more lean muscle.
