Hey new to the site I've been lifting for a couple years now all natural without protein shakes or anything up until a few months ago. For the last year my bench has been at 365 1rm but after I started protein and a new position at work my 1rm fell to 355. I'm thinking it's time to try something new it would make life a whole lot easier if I could jus walk in to walmart and buy some test e but I guess Ima have to learn to cook the Shit. I don't know much about it right now which is why I joined the site so hopefully ppl will give good input and steer me into the right direction I'll post all my results before and after so ppl can check them out.
