been reading this at a few places lately and got to ask HOW? is this possible? and does it even work? ive read a few studies with guys who have BPH hyperplasia of the prostate and they said it doesnt really help, maybe a tiny bit, but not like giving blood?

also grapefruit and saw palmetto together is supposed to reduce hematocrit as well? really? if so how and wouldnt ur dosages have to be huge to even see the slightest deviation?
