DB Incline 110lb 1x6 105lb 1x 9 80lb 1x12
DB Fly's Incline 55lb 2x12
Hammer strength incline press 70lbs 3x12 pause slow negatives
Cable incline fly's & decline 70lbs 3x15 noticed strength has boosted way up as ibhit the 110 dumbbells for 6 reps never even attempted before usually do 105 for 4 now imbrepoibg it for 9 and I'm only starting my 2nd week pump was nice constant flow of energy and endurance next week I will start on my bench press as I haven't worked in my routine the past 4 months of training cant wait to see what I'm repping then
