Received my tr3st & DMZ today weighing in at 195 5"9 somewhere btwn 12-15% bf <br />
3500 calorie intake will run treat at 50/75/75/75/75/75 and DMZ will be 40/40/40/40/60/60 have aromasin will do 12.5mg ed and dose higher if needed have blockade for support cycle will add tudca soon PCT going with Torem at 12/90/60/30 or nolva at 20/20/10/10 and a OTC pct by pro supps halotropin today is chest day will Log workout later 💪😎

1st day chest took 50mg tr3st pwo felt it after 20min oh man the strength can't wait till its fully kicked in gainz unlimited skin felt tighter pumps were feeling good 20mg DMZ earlier in the day and 20mg dmz post workout along with 8oz lean ground beef for postworkout meal

Incline chest press db's
105lbs 2x6
90lbs 2x8
65lbs 1x20

Flat Bench Dumbbell press
90lbs 2x10
75lbs 2x12

Hammer Decline 3-45lbplates
3x10 iso and regular
3plates and a 25
2x6

Decline Bench

Cables 80,70 3x12 on incline decline and fly's
haven't done bench press as I see more results from dumbbells and who doesn't love the alpha feeling of tossing the 100lb dB's after your set ahhh! 💪💪

is aromasin good 12.5mg EOD for the first week and when i up tr3st to 75mg ed would 12.5mg ed be fine or should ibstay with EOD

Monday wed Friday schedule for aromasin

Just stick with eod I'm sure mon.wens.friday would be fine but tren aromatizes and is highly androgenic better safe than sorry but no reason to take ED syptom have no long term consquences and can be taken control of when they appear.Gyno or any other long term consquence will have their symptoms long b4 they form they don't hapen over night

2 Caps Tr3st pwo along with 2nd Cap DMZ at 4pm
Today was Biceps see more vascularity pumps are getting intense oooowee I love it skin tightening more endurance and energy is steady through whole workout

Preacher Curl Machine 3 dropsets
85 lbs 45 and 4 10lb plates
Barbell ez bar curls 4x10 85lbs
Barbell ez bar curls 2x21's 65lbs
Ez Bar Curls Preacher Bench 2x12 65lbs 2x12 80lbs
Overhead Cable Curls 70lbs each arm 3x12
Seated Cable Curls iso 3x12 50lbs
Hammer curls 25lbs 3x20
Iso Incline Bench Curls 3x10 35lb
Ez bar cable curls 130lb 3x10
Straight Bar Cable Curls 3x8 150lbs
Will weigh myself at end of week

Today is Boulder Shoulder Day do u think its best to do the 50mg tr3st and 20mg DMZ pwo or split the tr3st doses

Finished off first week with back on Thursday and Friday was triceps today Sunday will be kegs and abs been noticing more vascularity some headaches and muscle hardness
