I got my Nolva 20mg cap form so i wont be abel to taper off ? Is 20mg ok

And no, no vomiting. Get ready for a rebound from hell though. I did nolva before my show, and as time went on...one day I woke up and my entire midsection looked soft. Had to work my ass off to get that to go away.

For my next show I'm aiming to be lean enough to not need the nolva. God it ruined me. Be safe.

Remember when you come off of something, you need to work twice as hard and stick to a clean nutrition plan...

people come off of stuff and let things go to shit...

then mentally they get down and start eating even worse...remember when you are on something and eating very clean it is going to accelerate that progress...

when you come off of stuff and not eating right, you are going to gain gain gain so fast...
