little about myself I am 49 years old I recently decided to get back in shape and lifting. I am 5'9" and in Feb. I weighted 254 I joined a gym and currently down to 215 I use to lift a lot in my younger days but work got in the way, good thing I never got sold my weights!
my goal is to get that rock hard body again> since everyone has commented on my weight loss it is driving me to the body I also wish I had.
