Hey guys I'm new to this forum so I just wanted to make my first post have decent.
No i'm not going to ask for a source.

I just wanted to say hi, i've been reading through this forum for a while and it looks like there's quality stuff on here so I decided to join.
I'm 20 almost 21, been planning on doing gear since I was 15 but HAVEN'T !
6ft 195 10 % body fat nothing to write home about haha
couldn't tell you my lifts i have major disc problems and am unfortunately not able to squat or deadlift (i know pussy)

so there you have it i'm excited to be on this forum and hope it's a nice change of pace for seasoned forum members to see a new guy not pissing everybody off asking for ****ing sources haha

the disc problems are mostly due to baseball actually i know it's weird but i fractures my L3 and L4 like three times and a herniated disc as well haha my dad has disc problems too... F MY GENETICS !
