I think my GF is incredibly strong doing squats and lunges, Need feedback, thank you
Hello, When my GF was in her prime, She was able to do Barbell squats with 215 pounds for 3 sets of 10, then right after do Barbell Lunges with 215 pounds for 3 sets of 10. She is 5'4" tall and weighed 135 pounds at the time. She did her leg routine once a week, and she did not think it was that unusual to do that amount of weight for doing a total of 90 reps(10 reps per leg for lunges). In reality for lunges she does 3x20 plus the 3x10 for a total of 90 reps. That is 19,350 pounds she moved in one training session. I think she is absolutely incredible!
