Hey everyone! I finally have the time to write my intro, so here it goes. I'm 5'7 152.4lbs(started at 120lbs) been working out consistently and maintaining a clean diet since march 30,2012. I've been doing research for a little bit and have decided to hold off on anything extra for another 1-2 years. So why am I here than? Well I like to research in depth anything I am thinking about doing, especially when it comes to my body which I have worked so hard to achieve. This forum seems to have some cool and legit people in comparison to the other boards(after doing some research I have become skeptical of other boards and their scams). I am looking forward to getting to know you all better, seems like some chill laid-back people with a sense of humor lol. If you have any questions for me feel free to ask!

about to hit legs in 10 mins. My workout looks like this atm squat 195lbs 8x8, stiff-leg dead 165 6x6, lying leg curl/leg extension superset 5x20 40lbs,standing calf raises 10x10 400, knee ups on the roman chair 5x25, sometimes i'll hit th leg press or do lunges if I feel I have some more in me. in another 2 weeks will be changing this program to a 5x5 program. yesterday for chest i hit 10x4 incline dumbbell press 140lbs(used stripping method and went from 50lbs 7reps, 30lbs 10 reps, 15lbs 20 reps after finishing my original reps), 5x6 dumbbell press 100,110,120,130,140(pyramid), dumbbell flye 5x12 80lbs, straight-arm pullover 5x12 35lbs, chest dips 5xfailure,cable crossover 5x12(30,40,50,60,70 pyramid). I have a slight chest imbalance on my right pec, this is why i have been incorporating dumbbells into my program versus the barbell. Also I'll do some isolation movements for my right pec at the end of the day, ex: decline cable press5x12 30-35lbs(pyramid), also on a press machine only using my right side of 50-60(pyramid) 5x12
