That looks rough bro. I've seen a lifting partner tear a quad with over 500 lbs on his back while squatting and it wasn't a pretty sight. Get well soon buddy.

I can't even imagine that. I see from your post that you're back hitting 275.

What did you do as far as recovery goes? Was surgery needed?
