Hello guys,

I would like to get some advise on how to get back on track. Basically, due to my works schedule change I've had to miss at least a months lift. How do I get back in track? Should I just go with my regular sets? Thanks in advance

Just go in there, despite every voicei in your head telling you not to, and start slow. Do maybe 3 sets. Call it a night. Go back the next day and increase volume. Do it again, and again, until you are back to your normal self nigga

Just go back in brother, make sure you are well warmed up and drop the weight back a bit then it was when you were last there. You will get back into the routine quickly and begin progressing forward again.
