It happens more than you think.

Yes its about time some one comes forward to educate the police and others on this hold. You can kill or paralyze a person from doing this the wrong way.

Be it fighting or resisting arrest a lot of heaver people say 270 and up can and do have heart attacks when they are subdued on their chests and additional weight of others or even one person is on top of them. Dangerous any way you slice it. People "learn" choke holds but don't have enough experience applying them to a live resistant person to know how to apply them or when to turn loose.

Well, the world is a better place now. I so glad for the men and women in blue. One of those cigarette could have fallen into the hands of a 17 y.o. boy.

I've knocked out more than one person that way. You know when they are going out and you have to let go as soon as they are safely in a position that will not hurt them.
