The True reason for being on these forums

So as the title says I'm going to state the true reason for being on these forums.

1. 100% honest vets that know how to eat, train and train some more
2. It's free knowledge if you listen
3. Your not getting charged 100 per session for some trainer to tell you the same thing as these guys would
4. Everyone has lifting struggles and achievements here they can be shared in free knowledge and passed on to keep this lifestyle alive
5. Bodybuilding is the greatest sport there ever was besides football but that's another story
6. Guess where to learn here.....
7. Been around the forums a while and let me tell you this is a science and these guys have perfected there training and diets to a T
